Trek along the Marsyangdi River through villages and forests.

Trek to Koto
Continue ascending through the valley with mountain views.

Trek to Meta (Enter Nar Phu)
Branch off the circuit into the restricted Nar Phu Valley.

Trek to Phu Village
Continue to the ancient clifftop village of Phu.
